Projects Park Hotel is at Suffolk Park - just a few Km south of Byron Bay. A peaceful setting between the Ballina - Byron road and the Ocean where you can enjoy wonderful meals on the East facing deck, with a secure childrens playground next to it. This facility features a modern bar with a highly efficient kitchen behind that ensures timely and friendly service delivery of food and drinks. The very comfortable dining room can be separated from the deck for functions.Andrew and his staff are just waiting to wish all patrons well for the new year and a pleasant and enjoyable visit. The influence of Andrew Sherridan - publican - has come through with wonderful front of house design.      The art world is a little more at ease now that the cafe facility next to the Lismore Art Gallery has been reopened. The owners Perry and Sally have done a wonderful job in doing this, Sally with great colour selections to bring out the best of the simple clean lines of the timber servery and petitions, and Perry with the compact open plan kitchen. Perry tells me that the feature of the menu is fresh local produce used in creative dishes delivered to the patrons by profesional wait staff. Sally has used planter boxes on the parimeter to bring the peaceful setting of the wonder gardens into the Cafe. They have chosen to use refrigeration compliant with the stringent Californian Energy Standard, Watermarked approved and efficient washing equipment and several gas appliances so as to provide this service in the lowest Carbon footprint manner. It has been most rewarding for us to help Sally and Perry bring this to the people of Lismore and surrounds.    We have sucessfully designed dishwash systems for large volume users to small cafes. These are as important as other work centres within the kitchen. The images show some of these, but there is always detail that gives an experienced designer input to design these for individual sites. There are other handling issues that need to be discussed for a good outcome, and we are here to assist in this process.      Hava Coffee owned and operated by Darlene and John is found in the Goonellabah Shopping Complex. This cafe offers inside and outside dining - having wind and sun barriers so that no matter what the day brings you are still able to enjoy the home style cooking and great coffee delivered with a smile. This site chose to use quality refrigeration products which exceed the minimum standards set by MEPS for efficient operating to keep running costs down.     The owners of Little Nonya, Leroy and Violet have open the restaurant to offer a range of Chinese, Malay and Thai food, both dine in and takeaway. Little Nonya can be easily found next to KFC and Dan Murphy's in Ballina Street Lismore. The menu is extensive and the all new kitchen appliances help deliver this fresh high quality food quickly. The restaurant has a separate service desk for the takeaways and a bar and service point for the din in clients. Leroy and Violet would love for you to drop in and see them.    SLICE is found at the car park end of Cavanbah Arcade - top end of Jonson Street Byron Bay. As seen from the main image it is hard to miss.
